1. Who manages these technologies
The website and platform are operated by Lytheron OÜ. For questions about cookies, privacy or similar technologies, contact legal@lytheron.com.
2. Cookies and local technologies
Cookies are small pieces of data saved by the browser and sent to the website on subsequent requests. Local storage retains browser preferences without automatically sending them with every request. These technologies may be necessary for operation, used for preferences or, only if introduced and permitted, for non-essential statistics or marketing.
3. Technologies currently used
| Name or category | Provider | Purpose | Indicative duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| lytheron_locale | Lytheron | Remembers the selected language and applies the correct reading direction. | Up to 12 months | Functional preference |
| lytheron_locale (local storage) | Lytheron | Retains the language preference in the browser. | Until deleted by the user | Functional preference |
| Supabase authentication cookies | Lytheron / Supabase | Maintain the session, securely refresh access and protect private areas. The technical name may vary by project and environment. | Session or technical token lifetime | Strictly necessary |
| Technical security or checkout cookies | Infrastructure or payment providers | Abuse prevention, load balancing, request protection and secure completion of payment when the user opens checkout. | Session or limited duration defined by the provider | Strictly necessary |
4. Cookies not used without consent
Lytheron currently does not install advertising, retargeting or profiling cookies on the public website. Any server-recorded technical events or aggregate statistics are not used for behavioural advertising.
If non-strictly-necessary technologies are introduced in future, they will be blocked until a valid user choice, described on this page, and made as easy to withdraw as to accept.
5. Legal basis and consent
Strictly necessary technologies are used because they are essential to deliver the requested service, protect sessions, prevent abuse and complete explicitly requested operations. Processing through optional technologies requiring consent will begin only after a free, specific and informed choice.
6. Managing or deleting local data
- You can delete cookies and site data in browser settings.
- You can block cookies, but blocking necessary ones may prevent login, dashboard use, language storage or checkout.
- You can use private browsing to limit persistence after the session closes.
- To change language without retaining a preference, delete the website's cookie and local storage.
7. Customer content and websites
An organisation may connect its own domains, content or tools to Lytheron products. If the customer adds further technologies to its website or integrates external services, it is responsible for providing information and collecting choices required by law for those technologies.
8. Providers and privacy
Principal providers are described on the Subprocessors page. Overall personal data processing is described in the Privacy notice.
9. Updates
This notice is updated when technologies, providers, durations or purposes change. The most recent review date is shown at the beginning.
Contact and document version
For legal, privacy, security or contractual requests, write to legal@lytheron.com. The version published at this address applies from the date shown at the beginning, unless specific conditions are agreed in writing.
