1. Scope
This policy applies to Lytheron Cloud, connected products, public pages, dashboards, APIs, files, forms and all content or communications handled through the service. The customer is also responsible for use by organisation members and anyone to whom it grants access.
2. Unlawful or harmful use
The service must not be used to:
- violate laws, regulations, authority orders or third-party rights;
- promote fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, identity theft or deceptive commercial practices;
- threaten, harass, defame, discriminate or incite violence or unlawful hatred;
- publish or distribute unlawful sexual material, child exploitation or other prohibited content;
- facilitate terrorism, illicit trafficking, money laundering, sanctions evasion or other criminal activities;
- collect, sell or use personal data without a valid legal basis.
3. Misleading or dangerous content
- False or misleading information about identity, products, prices, availability, certifications or commercial terms.
- Inaccurate or outdated information about ingredients, allergens, safety, health or characteristics affecting user decisions.
- Reviews, testimonials or results presented as authentic when fabricated or manipulated.
- Content impersonating brands, websites or people to confuse users.
4. Intellectual property and personal rights
You may not upload or publish material infringing copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, image rights, confidentiality or other rights. You must hold the necessary permissions for third-party images, logos, files, contacts and content.
5. Spam and abusive communications
Unsolicited mass communications or use of data obtained without consent or another valid basis are prohibited. Forms, invitations or email features must not be used for harassment, abusive address harvesting or bypassing anti-spam systems.
- You must respect applicable unsubscribe requests, objections and contact preferences.
- You must not compromise reputation, deliverability or shared Lytheron ecosystem domains.
6. Technical abuse and security
- Attempting unauthorised access to data, accounts, organisations or systems.
- Bypassing authentication, roles, plan limits, rate limits, entitlements, checkout or security controls.
- Analysing, testing or scanning for vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation, except as permitted by responsible reporting procedures.
- Uploading malware, hostile code, files designed to compromise systems or intentionally harmful links.
- Interfering with availability, performance, integrity, logging, monitoring or data isolation.
- Using bots, scraping or automation at volumes degrading the service or violating third-party rights and terms.
- Reverse engineering, systematic extraction or benchmarking intended to build a competing service, except to the extent mandatorily permitted by law.
7. Resource use and limits
You must use storage, requests, email, files, traffic and other resources consistently with your plan and normal professional use. We may apply reasonable limits or require an appropriate plan when abnormal use affects security, costs or other customers.
8. Sensitive and high-risk data
Without written agreement and specific measures, the service must not be used as the primary store for health, biometric or criminal-record data, full financial credentials, identity documents or other particularly sensitive categories. Do not enter card data in ordinary fields: payments must use authorised checkout.
9. Minors
Do not knowingly collect minors' data using the service without a valid legal basis, appropriate notices and any required authorisations. Content exploiting, endangering or sexualising minors is prohibited.
10. Reporting abuse
To report potentially unlawful content or activity, email legal@lytheron.com with the subject “Abuse report”. Where possible, include:
- the URL or identifier of the page, organisation or content;
- a clear description of the breach;
- the right or rule concerned;
- essential documents or evidence;
- contact details for clarification;
- a statement of good faith and accuracy of the supplied information.
Incomplete reports may require additional information. Do not send personal data or documents unnecessary for assessment.
11. Assessment and measures
We may investigate the report, ask the customer for clarification, temporarily restrict access, preserve evidence, remove content, suspend features, prevent further publication or close the account. Measures depend on severity, urgency, risk, repeated breaches, user impact and legal obligations.
For immediate risk, security, fraud, threats to people or authority orders, we may act without notice. Where reasonable, we inform the customer of the measure and reasons, unless legally prohibited or posing risks to investigations or security.
12. Challenging a measure
The customer may request review by writing to legal@lytheron.com, explaining why the measure is considered incorrect and providing verifiable evidence. A request does not automatically suspend measures needed to protect users or infrastructure.
13. Cooperation and legal obligations
We may cooperate with competent authorities, infrastructure providers, advisers and affected parties within legal limits. We may retain data and logs where reasonably needed for security, investigations, protection of rights or regulatory obligations.
14. Relationship with other documents
This policy supplements the Terms of service, Privacy notice and Security page. In a conflict, the document most specific to the matter prevails, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. Updates
We may update this policy for new features, risks, observed abuse or regulatory requirements. The review date is shown at the beginning.
Contact and document version
For legal, privacy, security or contractual requests, write to legal@lytheron.com. The version published at this address applies from the date shown at the beginning, unless specific conditions are agreed in writing.
